Billing & Pricing

Transparent, Upfront Rates

At IH Prestige Cleaning, we believe in clear pricing with no hidden fees. Our services are competitively priced based on your space, service type, and frequency.

Payments Accepted

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • Zelle

  • Venmo (Business Profile)

  • Cash (upon request, receipt provided)

Invoices are sent electronically after each service, and recurring clients may opt into auto-billing for convenience.

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $40 late cancellation fee.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to access the property or is turned away, a 50% service fee may apply.
